Have you tried deleting everything in your target folder before compiling?

I wish it were, but I specifically changed the name of the output file to
be sure I was getting a fresh copy. Like I said it just seem like robohelp
is somehow stuck in a old version of the project and not picking up the
most recent changes.
@Pro TechWriter I checked and double checked that the topics are tagged
correctly for print output. Next thing I am going to do is set it up so
only the problem topics are tagged for print output and see what I get.
