Looking for industry standards in real estate management (UTAH)

Hi All,

I am working for a client with a real estate management business. Can 
anyone advise if there are any industry standards for this type of 
business, in particular relating to internal processes and procedures.

If not, do you have suggestions for how to research a proposal for 
developing internal processes and procedures for such a business (State 
of Utah).
