Agree completely. And even if your IT department keeps your configuration locked down, they should still be able to remotely initiate the installation repair. I just had my IT people repair my Acrobat 9 Pro installation on Thursday after their latst bimonthly update package persistently attempted to install the Adobe Reader 8.2.4 update and clobbered the Actobat Pro's ability to print out any PDF files.
