I am talking to one of my writing students who's interested in using
XMetal. One of her biggest concerns is about customer support. She's
concerned about (and truly doesn't know, which is why she was asking
me) about response time, general responsiveness, and how effective
the folks at XMetal are when dealing with issues. I have no
experience with XMetal myself, so let me throw it out to the group
and ask your opinions, please. Thanks very much!
Yours truly,
John Hedtke
