Anybody know a free tool for setting the dpi (pHYs) atribute in .png files?
Flare will use the setting if it's set when generating PDFs, but
doesn't have a setting for it. I know Flare has other settings for
controlling image size in printed output, I need to set the dpi
attribute.
SnagIt works, but it's not free.
If PhotoScape lets you set the dpi attribute, I can't find it.
