If I recall, Becca was asking if any of us saw a trend with user docs
moving toward electronic reader, and commenting as an aside that she
thought HTML would be a good skill to have.

Personally I believe the iPad revolution is upon us. I went to the
Apple Store today, and saw that every display model included an iPad
mounted into the counter with an interactive specs sheet. There may
have been video, but I didn't see any.

There was a tab, which, when pressed, called an associate to the
station to help you.

I see that as a telling sign of where our user docs could be moving to.
