Monique, I have no standards or references that I can guide you to but you
may want to check this list:

(scroll down and you'll find the Wikipedia and Yahoo
guides).

My preference would be to use lower case. It's a verb, not a proper noun.
Don't believe I've ever seen the term capitalized.
