Dan makes a good point ..... However, another approach might be to suggest
creating a Tech Pubs (or whatever your group is called) WIKI - this way,
you could update the Style Guide, add new terms, acronyms, abbreviations,
and such. Also, you could drive this as separate and distinct project...
