Vonage might not want to hear this, but the best consumer-level one I've
seen is Amazon, for the simple reason that if you can't find an answer
online, you can get an immediate callback on any US phone number you put
in. I'm sure that isn't cheap to implement, but it's highly effective
for the consumer, and it motivates the company to optimize the online
solutions.

SUPPORT sites that we find particularly effective. Therefore, I'm asking
you.
Keep in mind that I work for Vonage, so while it doesn't have to do with
telephone services for the public, it would be preferable that it appeal
to a similar market...average consumers.
You are free to include your own if you think it fits the bill and I'm
not looking to critique anything, I just need sites that I may not be
