Well, sure. Each is on its own timeline layer. And the timeline layers may be split wherever you like. Additionally, you may drag them left or right to better match up to whatever they are against. So if that's what you mean, I'm saying yes. ;)

I've been using a Samson C01U USB mic with Camtasia and I was
frustrated with the quality. Even the highest quality setting in
Camtasia was producing undesirable results. So I switched to using
Camtasia to record my screen activity, and Audacity to record the
audio from the mic. I was blown away by the difference in sound
produced from the same microphone using Camtasia vs Audacity.
