I've had to restore files 4 times over the last 5 years... I have never
needed to back up anything I've purchased for download. My Adobe account
lists all the license #s of all my purchases, and I just download to the
new machine. I've never had a problem re-downloading any exes from any
vendor that I've purchased software from--print out your receipts and
license numbers and you should be good to go.
