The difficulty is that not only is there this "Operator's Guide" for the
Product-Name, there are other guides for the same Product-Name
(Administrator's Guide, etc.).
And while there might need to be an addendum for the Operator's Guide for a
given customer, there might not be an addendum for the Admin Guide for that
same customer. So lots of potential permutations.
