The answers you received were consistent with "Yes, so what is the purpose of the grouping that the two countries cannot be separate?" You never answered that necessary requirements question.

I felt that what I provided was sufficient for the question at hand.

Did you get the response you expected? If you did, then your feelings of providing sufficient information were correct.
