Subject:Problem with Word 2007 tables From:Joyce -dot- Fetterman -at- L-3com -dot- com To:<techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Wed, 7 Mar 2012 12:05:40 -0500
I'm editing a document that uses an old, badly mangled template. The doc
contains 25 tables. When I generate the List of Tables, all 25 of them
now appear in that list. (That took a bit of persuasion.)
The problem now is that when I try to define a cross-reference to
certain tables, they don't appear in the Cross Reference dialog list of
tables. I've checked the captions and the caption styles, but I can't
find any difference between the tables that appear in the Xref list and
the ones that don't.
Any suggestions? A quick fix will suffice; they need the document
yesterday.
