ALT+F9 exposes all field contents. CTRL+SHIFT+F9 "flattens" the field,
i.e. turns the field contents into regular text.

Subject: Word Field
My co-worker somehow put all of the text in a Word doc inside of a
field. It is the first and last characters and all the content is within
it. How do I get the text out of the field?
Of course, this is due today...
