[Joyce Fetterman asked about resizing excel spreadsheets and graphs in
Word 2007]
Yeah. Excel objects in Word are a little confusing. There are two ways
to manipulate excel document objects while in Word (available through
right click context menu):
- Open document
- Edit document
One of the options forces you to change the file in the object window,
the other gives you more freedom to manipulate the boundaries of the
window.
When you are constrained to the object window, your resize efforts
affect only the object. When you are in the Excel world, you can
resize the information to show more or less of the spreadsheet.
Hope this helps,
-Tony
