Re: graphics permission question
I am trying to make a graphic for one of our doctors. It is based on a picture he downloaded from the Internet.
link?
I have found this picture on dozens of sites, and no place can I find a credit. The signature on the pic is fuzzy... but the pic is literally on 100s of sites.

It is not in clipart.
It is not an iStock photo.
It could be on NIH sites.

This picture happens to be the best I can find for what the doctor wants to describe. Would you use it? Do you have any suggestions how else to give proper credit?
If it says, ADAM, then you can use it under fair use rules. Other graphics are available under fair use.
