How many interviews have you had? You can expect to spend a good 6 months looking. There is a firm called Lee Hecht Harrison that has an excellent guide to landing the next job, but they do say up front that it will likely take a loooong time, and lots of interviews, to get what you really want. But you only need to hit it once. Keep doing the right stuff and you'll get there.
