Online documentation - call it WebHelp, or?

My company is looking at putting product documentation on the Web, while
keeping a local copy for users who do not have Internet access.

I find it helpful to think in terms of WebHelp, because it imposes an
organizational, document-centered constraint on content.

However, several sites I can think of that have online documentation do not
really use a traditional WebHelp idea.
