As a user of peer-help sites like StackExchange, I find the best knowledge
bases start with the question and offer quick answers that people can dig
into later if they so desire. The bad knowledge bases assume they know "all
there is" and end the discussion with a pat answer, or worse, go into so
much detail that one doesn't know what the answer is.
