I want to create a paragraph style which, when invoked, begin with a symbol followed by the word "Important:". I can easily find the symbol and use it as a custom bullet but can't see how to incorporate the word. I then thought to make a picture (to use in the bullet definition) which would combine the symbol and word but I can't figure out how to get the text to be the right size in the picture file so that it will import successfully in the bullet definition.
Any thoughts on how to achieve this?
Thanks,
Margaret
