I've not experimented with any version of Windows 8; I'm firmly
entrenched in Windows 7. However, I can see that the time will come when
Windows 7 will no longer have security updates and I'll have to move on
to a newer version. One of the things that I dread about moving to a
newer version of Windows is the loss of the Quick Launch toolbar. It's
not deployed by default in Windows 7 but can be added easily. I have
about 25 application icons on my Windows 7 Quick Launch toolbar and it
makes it just a matter of a single click to launch any of them. Is
anyone aware of any way to add the Quick Launch toolbar to Windows 8?
Best Regards,
Mike
