Re: User Documentation Book Suggestions

One we used in the certificate program I took was called Technical Editing.
Pretty good, and covered all the different levels of edits (e.g.
proofreading, copy editing, substantive editing). Important to know how
deep your client wants to go and balance that against the needs of the
users.
