Very easy to do in Word. You can adjust the File Compare tool to highlight only the text changes.

Subject: Free HTML comparison tool
Hi,
What is the best tool/method to compare two sets of HTML files when all I need to do is to compare the text of these files rather than the HTML markup.
Free tools, preferably.
Thanks
Ann
