Thanks for your message. I have had issues with TOCs, margins, and headers. They have all been resolved by Flare support who are amazing. I have used the Flare Import Guide and also the book Five Steps to Madcap Flare. Some of the issues are related to the documents' content. For example, the page header doesn't contains text but an image of the product logo. The title page has an image embedded in the header of the Word document. So it took some time to get that sorted out. Going forward it will be quicker to set that up in other documents.

Without knowing what specific issues are taking up your time, it's hard to guess. Are you following the instructions in the Flare Import Guide?
