I have used Omega-T. It is quirky, to be sure, but basically works, and
works basically well. It has the advantage of being free. You might
download it, set it up, google around after questions you might have, and
try to see if the TMS / CAT (computer-assisted translation) tool is what
you want, before spending more money on a higher-end one.
