Maybe so... I'm sure toggle switch is a term that programmers are familiar with... but maybe its not such an intuitive term from a user perspective. Maybe I'm being pedantic and overthinking it, but "key" typically implies an object on a keyboard -- not an on/off control that you click on-screen.
