Subject: Any of you using Corel WordPerfect?
CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Hello all,
I used to use WP back in the dark ages, but professionally got to using
Tandem's in-house doc formatting system, then Word :-(, then FrameMaker,
then DITA, but now I am retired and have a new Windoze 11 machine. I do
not want to sign up for a subscription to M$ Office to use Word, but I
see that WordPerfect is still around and less than $100 for a one-time
purchase. I liked WP in part because it offers the visible tagging like
HTML uses.
Any caveats to offer me about adopting WordPerfect?
TIA,
Guy K. Haas
