The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
Check out Grand Canyon College in Glendale, AZ. They have a program in
technical communcation, but I don't know if it's a certificate program,
undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or PhD program. Contact the STC
Headquarters for others (as of their 10/92 listing, Grand Canyon was
their only Arizona listing).
