Paul Gislter and not Gillman. It is published by John Wiley
& Sons, ISBN 0-471-59782-1. Gilster's book is the most
current I have seen. The FTP sites he uses for examples
and most of the services he suggests are well established
and are not likely to disappear in the near future.
