Mail*Link(r) SMTP Training Opportunities for S&T Communicators
Ramona Bernard, a supervisor in the organization where I work (Naval Air
Warfare Center Weapons Division) has asked me to put out a call for information
on good West Coast training opportunities for writers and editors who work on
scientific and technical reports, primarily (not manuals, not computer
documentation).
I've already told her about the STC Professional Interest Committee on
Scientific Communication. Anybody have other good ideas? I should think the
group would be interested in weekend or weeklong workshops rather than anything
longer, since they can't afford to be away from the job for extended periods.
I'll forward any ideas you might have to Ramona. Thanks.
