When working for IBM on contract, writing procedures for programmers, I was
amazed to
learn that they estimate a contractor can write one finished page per day
(research to
pre-press), and an IBM employee can write 1/2 a finished page per day. Must be
because
they had to go to so many meetings.

I found the estimates to be liberal.
