Subject:Judging of text delivered online From:George Klima <KLIMA -at- TOROLAB4 -dot- VNET -dot- IBM -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 16 Nov 1993 13:55:23 EST
A small committee, based at the STC Toronto Chapter,
is developing criteria for the judging of text
which is intended for online delivery.
We have received input from STC (Boston Chapter) and STC
(Silicon Valley Chapter).
Does anybody have research findings on what criteria
correlate well with usability and with customer
satisfaction?
Thanks.
