I strongly suggest that you attend Larry Bonura's Technical Indexing
Workshop when it is next presented. He gave it as a Post-Conference
Workshop at the 40th STC Annual Conference last June. And, he gave a
mini-version of it at the STC Lone Star Chapter's Winter Seminar last
month. He has published a book on indexing technical documentation, but I
do not remember the exact title.
