I second Binion Amerson's recommendation of Larry Bonura's workshop on indexing.
Last June, I took the day-long session Binion mentioned at the 40th STC Annual
Conference. It was excellent. The book Binion mentions is part of the course
materials, and a superb continuing reference. If you contact Larry, be sure to
ask for his business card. It's the most unique one I have ever encountered.
