     I'm now accepting advance orders for the ISO 9000 video (SDSTC's
     February meeting).  Neal Fischer provided some very interesting
     statistics (did you know that 47% of those who fail to get
     certification do so because of poor documentation -- usually because
     they didn't hire writers to do it?) and a lot of insight into the
     certification process.

     I haven't seen any interest yet -- don't tell me y'all don't want this
     after all the discussions I've seen about ISO 9000 on this list!  ;)

     I need to know how many copies of the tape to make, so send those
     requests to my email address exactly as it appears in my sig.  As I
     mentioned earlier, some gateways are truncating my address, so don't
     just use the reply function -- it may not get to me (sorry :( ).
