Subject:Hunting for summer internship From:Robert Owens <GROWENS -at- ECUVM1 -dot- BITNET> Date:Fri, 11 Feb 1994 12:36:01 EST
I've been lurking on the list for about a week now, and now that I seen that it
is acceptable to hunt for employment on-line, I'd like to ask for some HELP!
I'm currently working on a M.A. in Technical and Professional Communications
(tech writing) at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. I'm hoping to
find a technical writing internship for this summer, on the East Coast if
possible, but I'll travel. I've learned a little about ISO 9000 and have some
practical experience with manual writing, I am currently working on a
electronic mail reference manual for the English Department's Writing Center.
I have experience with Pagemaker 4.2, Microsoft Word 5.1, and Wordperfect 5.1,
and I am am attempting to learn Bookmaster and MacProject Pro this semester.
If this sounds interesting to anyone, I can be contacted at the following
