I know this isn't going along with your desire to *reduce* the tools
you use, but have you tried ForeHelp, from ForeFront Technology?
We benchmarked it (casually, though) against Doc-to-Help, RoboHelp, and
Help Magician, and we decided ForeHelp fit our needs best.
