By all means call the customers, but make sure you get a good sampling.
You'll
mostly get anecdotal information, usually a flame only about the most recent
thing
they couldn't find in it. If you've got a tech support department handy, ask
them --
they know what it is people can't find. If you're new to the product, ask
yourself
what you wanted to know when you were starting (although one quickly learns
one's
way around, so you really have to be a novice).
