write it, folks.
This is one of those saws that cropped up during the Vietnam War,
along with "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." --The
kind of thing that made sense only if you were amongst those ingesting
massive quantities of mind-altering substances, and for which the
appropriate rejoinder was, "Oh, woOow [shake of head]."
