I think it's just another demonstration of how people don't understand
what goes on here on the Internet.
It was forwarded to me by my husband. It had been forwarded to him
from a friend. At some point, it had appeared on a humor news group.
It was obviously satire, in the mode of "A Modest Proposal."
How ANYONE could have taken it seriously...
