HTR, Inc., a leading client-server training company has an immediate need
for two freelance courseware developers and one freelance technical
editor in its publishing division. They must be able to handle multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment. These assignments will last
approximately 1-2 months. These contractual positions are full-time and
on-site at HTR's Rockville, MD office.
FREELANCE COURSEWARE DEVELOPER
* To write courseware according to company style
* MS Word 6.0 experience required
* Lotus Notes experience preferred
* Three years minimum experience as a technical writer
FREELANCE COURSEWARE DEVELOPER
* To update existing courseware according to company style
* MS Word 6.0 experience required
* FrameMaker 4.0 experience a plus
* Three years minimum experience as a technical writer
FREELANCE TECHNICAL EDITOR
* Content editing and copy editing on multiple documents according to
company style
* Experience editing technical documents is a must
* MS Word 6.0 experience required
* Three years minimum experience as a technical editor
