February Meeting

TAXES: EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR?

Daniel Rosenbaum, a tax consultant in San Mateo who is licensed to
practice before the Internal Revenue Service, will bring clarity to
the twenty points that the IRS looks at to determine whether a person
is an employee or an independent contractor. This discussion may be
of interest not only to contractors but also to employees who are
thinking of becoming contractors. Questions from the audience are
welcome.
