A colleague who isn't on TECHWR-L has a question, and I'll bet
this distinguished group has the answer. . . .
He has a 500-page document, and he wants to make it available on
floppy disk or CD. It needs to have at least a rudimentary search
capability, indexing, and hypertext -- something like the "Bible
on CD" software you can buy.
What's the best tool or package for building such a document? I'd
