Subject:Videoconferencing services From:"Larry Kunz ((919) 254-6395)" <ldkunz -at- VNET -dot- IBM -dot- COM> Date:Mon, 9 Jan 1995 15:25:15 EST
Has anyone out there had experience with the services, provided by
vendors like Kinko's, for interactive videoconferencing? As you may
know, STC has done two videoconferences in which all the participants
sat in the same studio. The Videoconference committee is looking for
alternatives that would allow participants to "uplink" from their home
cities, as a way to save on travel expenses without (we hope) com-
promising quality.
Your recommendations and war stories are welcomed. Please communicate
OFF THE LIST with Pete Daniels, manager of STC's Videoconference
committee, at danlspab -at- bbms -dot- iac -dot- honeywell -dot- com -dot-
Thanks,
Larry Kunz
