FYI, "Inforworld" has an article in its Feb. 6, 1995 issue, "Documentation
is NOT for dummies", by Jeffrey Gordon Angus on page 57. Interesting
perspectives about what can make software documentation successful, how its
absence can affect users, and why American management fails to support
documentation efforts. IMHO, the article is worth reading.
