If you are on a Macintosh and have Stuffit Deluxe Ver. 3.1 or higher
installed, Stuffit Deluxe has the translator UUENCOD. You can "decode" the
article in question this way. There is also a separate translation program
for the Mac, called "UUENCODE", a small application which performs the
same function. If you are on a PC I am certain the same options are open
to you, but don't know for sure.
