Techwhirlers,
A desktop publisher that I work with is bidding on some
freelance work. The work invloves layout in Word 6.0 and
may require some page design. Can anyone provide guidance
on current hourly rates? The location is NYC, so I expect
the Boston and West Coast markets will be similiarly priced.
