How is this person accessing the VAX? We've always used a Mac or a
Windows-based PC to access our VAXes and were able to use Mac- or
Windows-based screen capture programs to capture our VAX sessions.
I don't remember what we used on the Mac (but I could find out);
we're using Paint Shop Pro on our PCs these days. A UNIX workstation
running a VAX session in terminal emulation should have similar
capabilities. (I haven't had any experience with UNIX-based screen
capture software.)
If this person is using a character-cell VAX terminal, there should be
a way to send program output to a file rather than to the screen.
A VAX system administrator should be able to help here.
Hope this helps.
