Procedure Writer's Guide for internal use, commercialization,
and/or research at no cost through the DOE/CAO's technology
transfer program. This 30-page document covers the following:

o Emergency and Alarm Response Procedures
o Sample procedure
The document provides uniform, detailed instructions for writing
procedures that provide specific direction for operating systems
and equipment during normal and postulated abnormal and emergency
conditions. The developers incorporated human factors good
practices and lessons learned into this document to minimize the
possibility of procedure misinterpretation.
